Active Campaign

Active Campaign is a marketing platform used for emailing website visitors and other contacts. All information manually submitted on any of Passage’s web properties may be stored in Active Campaign.

Active Campaign also tracks user activity on the Passages website. This information may be linked to personal data in Active Campaign. This information is used to better understand how users interact with the Passages website and to provide more relevant content.

Facebook Pixel

The Facebook Pixel tracks user behavior from our Facebook ads to display relevant ads tailored to you based on what parts of the Passages website you have viewed.

Facebook may link this information to your Facebook account and also use it for its own promotional purposes, in accordance with Facebook’s Data Usage Policy. You can allow Facebook and its partners to place ads on and off Facebook. A cookie may also be stored on your computer for these purposes.

Google Analytics

All information manually submitted on any of Passages’ web properties may be stored in Slate. This platform is used to better understand how users interact with the Passages website and services.

Qualtrics

Qualtrics is a survey platform used to collect feedback and responses from users and program participants. Information submitted through surveys on any of Passages’ web properties may be stored in Qualtrics.

This information helps Passages evaluate and improve its programs and services. Responses may be linked to personal data already provided to Passages, where appropriate, for analysis and follow-up.

Canvas

Canvas is a learning management system (LMS) used to deliver online courses and pre-trip educational content to Passages participants. When you enroll in a course through Canvas, your name, email address, and course activity may be stored on the platform.

This information is used to track course progress, provide support, and ensure successful completion of required materials. Canvas may also collect additional data related to your usage of the platform, in accordance with its own privacy policy.

Children's Privacy

Our Service is accessible to individuals under 18, particularly for those interested in our programs. We are committed to protecting the privacy of minors and adhere to applicable laws regarding data collection. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
