Russell Davis is a Recruitment Manager in the Israel Operations Department at Passages. He oversees the Recruitment Management Division, including equipping contact points for recruitment and marketing, season planning, and ensuring excellent customer relations with partners and students. Additionally, Russell serves as Co-Chair of the Diversity Advisory Council for the Passages Team which directly supports his passion for diversity and inclusion in places of faith and marketplace. In the summer of 2017, Russell participated in the Passages program as a participant embarking upon his first trip to Israel. With this visit, a calling and a love for Israel was born, enlisting multiple return visits all made possible with the partnership with Passages, subsequently being hired full-time in 2019. Russell attended Michigan State University where he majored in Athletic Training. Lastly, as an Ordained Elder in one of the largest African-American Protestant churches, The Church of God in Christ (COGIC), Russell has served his local and national church communities in the areas of missions, evangelism and church leadership support.
