Max Karpel has served as a board member and officer of religious, non-profit and civic organizations in the United States and in Israel for over 10 years. He has practiced U.S. corporate and securities law for over 15 years, including by providing corporate legal advice to non-profits in the U.S. and in Israel. Max leads his law firm’s U.S.-Israel cross-border practice, representing U.S. clients investing in Israel and Israeli clients investing in the U.S. or needing U.S. corporate and regulatory advice. Max holds a B.A. in History from Yale University and J.D. from New York University School of Law.
