Malcolm Fitschen is the Chief Israel Operations Officer at Passages. In this capacity, he oversees the teams that plan, execute and recruit for the life-changing experiential Israel trips at Passages. He previously served as the Chief Program Officer at Passages. Malcolm visited Israel for the first time on Passages’ inaugural trip in January of 2016 and later was a Passages Fellow before joining the team in late 2016. Malcolm holds an M.A. in Government from Regent University and an MBA from the University of Florida.
